“Mark Rakowski, I feel, did a very good job in getting property on the market quickly, in notifying us of any bids/ changes in bids, etc. . He was always readily available for discussion of any questions we had. I would definitely recommend him for his down-to-earth approach, his communication, was always very polite and friendly and answered questions directly.\r\nI do not recommend the closing company as communication was very poor: we were not notified when closing actually took place -- ever--even after direct communication with the closing rep. The closing rep would answer Yes, Ma'am when asked for info on closing, promised to let Dr. Graves and myself know by the end of the day definite info as to if and when closing occurred. Really! How difficult would it have been to send a simple sentence or 2 stating when - or if closing had taken place!? Example: Congratulations on completion of closing on property _____ on (date)___. The money is being sent to _____ via _____ and you will receive a statement of that fact on ____. Full closing documents should arrive within ___ days. Thank you for your business. Closing rep was instead rude and had no . hesitation in lying , causing great irritation to both myself and Dr. Graves. As Dr. Graves reported to you, you must take this information and follow your own guidelines in action.”
